BioTwo years ago I moved to Blue Eye, MO from Sacramento, CA where I had spent my working life in government services for children. Here in Blue Eye, which is about 30 miles southwest of Branson, my husband and I bought twenty acres of rolling hills and opened a bed-and-breakfast. It's a whole new way of life and we are still adjusting, along with our three dogs and, more recently, my husband's mom who is still a ball of fire at age 87. I've decided to keep this journal as a record and recollection of what life has been like since making this pretty momentous change. Also, I see the journal as way of keeping close to my friends who have also hither and yon and have new adventures of their own to relate. Anyway... enough for now.
